What is Bennu?
Bennu began as a series of long-form conversations about how people change. It has grown into an archive of stories about work, identity, migration, learning, belonging, and finding direction.
The point is not to turn every story into advice. It is to listen closely enough to notice what changes across different lives, and what keeps returning.

Bennu and Flux Forward
Bennu stays close to the human story. Flux Forward looks at some of the patterns underneath those stories: where people lose stability, struggle to make their experience understood, get lost in unfamiliar systems, or remain outside the places where opportunities and support form.
A Bennu story does not need to end in a next step. But if a conversation helps someone recognise something in their own situation, Flux Forward can help make that next step clearer.
